Can I add a personalized message to my candle?
Yes. Each candle can come with a personalized message card, but this is entirely optional. You have three options:
Write your own message using the blank card included in the box.
Have us print your message: simply provide the message you’d like to include, and Whispering Lights will carefully print it on the card before shipping.
Do not add a message if you’d rather give the candle as a gift or keep it as is.
Where are your perfumes made?
The fragrances are crafted in Grasse, the cradle of French perfumery, to offer refined and timeless scents.
How can you get the most out of your candle?
When using the candle for the first time, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the container.
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use.
Do not leave a candle burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
Let it cool completely before relighting it.
Is the personalized message card included in the price?
Yes. A personalized message card is included with your candle, whether you choose to write it yourself or have us write it for you.
How long does a candle burn?
200 ml: about 40 hours
300 ml: about 50 hours
What kind of wax do you use?
All candles are hand-poured from vegetable olive wax, selected for its quality, smooth burn, and elegant appearance.
Are the candles wrapped as gifts?
Yes. Each candle is carefully packaged in its own box, ready to be given as a gift.

Because some emotions deserve more than just a gift. whispering-lights was born from the desire to offer candles that create moments of calm, tenderness, and warmth, while enhancing special occasions with the words you want to convey.
Can I send the candle directly to the recipient?
Yes. If you provide your message, it will be printed on the card and placed inside the box before shipping. This way, your gift is ready to give, even if you don’t deliver it in person.
