RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Article 1: Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
Article 2: Withdrawal periods
To be accepted, the returned product must:
- Be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Be returned in its original packaging, if possible
- Be accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Article 3: Return procedure
To make a return, please contact us at the following address: [email protected], stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the instructions to follow to send the product back to us.
Article 4: Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, in which case they are covered by Whispering-lights.
Article 5: Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 days, via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The initial delivery costs are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or product not conforming to the order).
Article 6: Exceptions
The following cannot be the subject of a return or a refund: Products used in any way whatsoever
